How do I get started with NebCore?

What cloud providers do you support?
NebCore supports all major cloud providers including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, and Alibaba Cloud. We also support on-premises deployments.
How does pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of clusters and resources managed. Visit our pricing page for detailed information or contact sales for enterprise pricing.
Is my data secure?
Your data stays in your own cloud, and we never hold a copy. On top of that you get encryption at rest and in transit, RBAC, audit logging, and SOC 2 compliance.
Can I migrate from my existing infrastructure?
Yes. Our team works through the migration with you. We review your current setup, then map out a plan that moves you over with zero downtime.
What kind of SLA do you offer?
We offer a 99.9% uptime SLA on all paid plans, with custom targets available for Enterprise Plus. That SLA covers the NebCore-provided tooling and applications running in your own cloud. It excludes the underlying cloud provider's own availability. Your provider's advertised SLA applies to that layer, and an upstream provider outage is not counted as a NebCore SLA breach.
